My favorite worship song would be " Open the eyes of my heart Lord" it has a special meaning because that was the first song i learned when i accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior , I still have my fist Cd with that song on it til this day. It is a powerful song to me also because everytime i sing it , it is like me shouting to Jesus with my heart smiling! I get goose bumps everytime!
I couldn't possibly choose just one. Different songs speak to me at different times -- do I need comfort? Challenge? Just to be quiet and listen to Jesus? The Lord will bring a specific song for a given moment. Songs that currently have a "hold" on me:
Consuming Fire
Amazing Grace (My Chains are Gone)
Inside Out
You Are Good (Let your Glory Fall)
In Christ Alone

Kind of a tie between AS THE DEER, and a song YOU ARE MY ALL IN ALL.
I remember rehearsing ALL IN ALL prior to an evening service at my church in Florida (I attend a PCA Presbyterian Church of America church). You know... the frozen chosen guys. :-) Mid-way into the song the spirit hit me hard and next thing I knew, I was on knees weeping. Our associate pastor was leading worship that night and of course he asked what was wrong.... I just said the song struck my heart. He of course gave a PTL.... When it came time to play the song during worship time he looked over at me to make sure I was going to make it. I did, but with teary eyes. Both of these songs bring tears to my eyes whenever I hear them to this day.
One other song that gets me is Phil Keaggy's MAKER OF THE UNIVERSE, and LITTLE ONES (about abortion).

My Favorite worship song is "Mighty to Save". I was at church one Sunday and I had been struggling with my Christian walk. We started to sing this song and I felt so comforted I began to cry with so much love running through my body. It was such an amazing feeling! It has been my favorite ever since.
