My take is that a Biblical Christian worldview does not call us to work towards a theocracy. That said I am not familiar at all with the Truth Project so have not seen the use of "Biblical Christian Worldview" or "theocracy" in it.
I believe that it is important that our secular leaders seek God's will and guidance as they make the decisions that guide our country. When I look at candidates for political office one of the things I look at is how they "live" their "faith". I also believe in the separation of church and state.
To me theocracy (and I may be mis-interpreting it) means that religious and secular structures merge and the laws and leaders that govern the church also govern the country. In a sense I guess the Vatican is a theocracy in those terms.
Biblical Christian worldview in simple terms means that we all follow Jesus. God calls all of us to be in relationship with him. We are aware of his presence and live our lives in that presence.

I do not believe we should be seeking theocracy. I feel that is the biggest mistake in ideals (no matter how unspoken) that the political Religious Right have.
To me and how I interpret US History, America was NOT founded on Christian principles thus we shouldn't expect it to be so. Establishing Religious freedom was just that -- Religious freedom. Christian freedom was only a part of it.
However, I do NOT believe we should be apathetic. As Americans we should be politically involved, Christ follower or not.
As Bible-believing Christians, since we are not a country established with Christ, we should be looking to our Bible for examples of how to live/participate in a government that runs w/o our ideals.
What would happen if our government was full of Daniels, Esthers, and Nehemiahs? What if Christ-Followers were in roles that top leaders trusted and favored?
That's the first step. Perhaps one day we'll have a Christ-Follower for president... but until then how many Christ-Followers do we have in the US Senate or the House? How many are Vice-Presidents, Lt. Governors, top aides, and consultants?
We should be using our democracy for the better. Theocracy will only come when Christ comes, reigning on the New Earth for 1,000 years.
