One of mine was the year I got my new ride bike. My sister got a blue one and we rode them all the time.

Christmas Eve - when I met the man I was to marry.
The year my father retired from his union job...i got a pair of my favorite boots, and $300 cash....oh my...at 14, I almost overdosed on happiness....
The year my best friend was brought back together with her family after being in a Foster home for a month. I wrote a letter to Santa and said that is what I wanted and I got it. I also had my letter read on the Evening news that year.
Every year with my family was a great memory. We would get pop tarts on Christmas morning (we never got them any other time) and we would drink lots of good coffee while opening our presents one at a time. We had five kids so it took almost all day to get through them all. If some got clothes, they would have to try them on and model. There were a lot of ooooo's and ahhhhhh's and them we would go to the next present. Christmas time was the only time my mom liked to shop.
