Can you think of one thing that stands out in your mind as a great moment in the life of Mt. Oak in 2007?
For me the high and low point were one and the same. On February 12th when I was appointed to Mt. Oak Fellowship by the Bishop it was the end (sad) of my 24 years at Mt. Zion (as of July 1) and the beginning (happy) of my ministry at Mt. Oak.
How about for you? The Ireland Mission Trip? The prayer meetings for your new pastor? The work and fellowship of the work projects - the office move & the Upper Room? A particular Sunday worship? Some other event?

My favorite moment was 21 Jan 07 when I told the congregation I was having surgery in two days. Quite a number laid hands on me and I felt able to handle what laid ahead. I know that is what helped me heal. Marilyn
2007 held some fabulously loving weddings for some of my favoured & loved ones (3). Also i visited my dear friend Cathy in arkansas who i had not seen in 20+ yrs..Kudos to 2007.
