3) but let us encourage one another—
4) and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

When Quoting Scripture Inflicts Harm

My favorite part of the sermon was being reminded that we (The Church) are called to encourage one another. Many times when I'm stressed at work, or just having a bad day, the encouragement of others helps to pull me through. My wife is especially helpful, but others in the church share encouraging words as well.
I try to be an encouragement to others, especially those who are down, ill, or struggling.
I also enjoy the small meetings, in particular Monday night Men's Bible Study. Being in an intimate more personal setting with other men in the faith helps me strive to be a better Christian. I've gained a lot of knowledge from not only Pastor Charlie, but the other men in the group. I'm much younger than most of the men in the group, but having someone who has already dealt with some of what I'm dealing with now is refreshing. I'm really not into "learning the hard way" if I don't have to.
reading and preachin' on hebrews 10:25 was very movin' to me.
