What is your 1 year for Mount Oak? Your 5 year plan? Your 10 year plan?
How are you going to implement this plan?
How can we pray for you and support you in the direction and path that God has called you to lead the church?
Are you open to critical examination of your faith against the faiths of others? Will my Muslim friends be saved? Are they welcome in your church? What about my Gay friends, my friend who had an abortion, my friend who is divorced?
How well do you hear from God regarding His desires for this body called Mt. Oak? How do you know this? Are you willing to submit to other leaders...even when you are right? Do you understand unity? Do you value it?
