Surprisingly in a recent poll 74% of those who responded said they were baptized by Immersion. Only 22% said they were baptized by Sprinkling.

My thought is that I haven't been baptized. I was supposed to, but they pastor got into a car accident and died on the way to the church. Fun little anecdote there. I think that immersion seems more symbolic. You are truly being washed clean in a sense. Plus, whenever I see people getting baptized by sprinkling, they always pull a face like it tickles. At least in my experience.
