Some ideas:
1) Artistic outreach: a. plays about the Christian life, b. plays sharing the history of the church, c. art classes to provoke interest in sharing God's love and Word through art (painting, music, poetry), d. art appreciation classes where participants discover the wealth of supportive and proclaiming art that's out there (sort of a Christian heritage class).
2) Ambassadorial class. a. how to live the Christian life at work, b. how to parent and still be an ambassador, c. how to share the Gospel in demeanor and deed without trying (being authentic), d. class on church history.
3) Increase the number of men's "advances" and women's retreat/advances. Consider field trips to Biblical Tabernacle Reproduction at The Mennonite Information Center in Lancaster, PA, Bible conferences, other churches (to see how others live the faith, discuss differences, etc.).
I second everything that Tom says! I'm so glad that God gave some people the ability to think outside the box!

Put up a blog about dreams...dreams we have for MO, and/or dreams we have fo what God is going to do in our own personal life....I have a ton....
