    Two Month Grade

Well, two months have past and I'm curious how you are feeling about our time together?

Grade the first two months on the poll and leave some comments on this post about what we are doing well and where we need to improve. Communication is very important and allowing the congregation to give feedback - throughout our time together - is what I plan!

I tell SPRC all the time - I would rather deal with a spark before it becomes a flame. Tell me the areas that need attention and improvement. If you would rather tell me personally instead of on the blog page - send me an e-mail at ray@mtoak.org. Leave some good comments too so we can know what we are doing well as well! Thanks.

My spirit has been really excited about what's happened so far. Unfortunate as this may sound, I've dared to dream for our part in the body of Christ again. I know God has a plan for us that will bless Bowie and Mitchellville, so as long as we stay out of the way and do what He asks, we're good! Pastor Ray, I like how grounded you are in the Word and how sincere and encouraging you have been. Tell it how God wants you to; don't sugarcoat a single word. We need to hear the truth in love, even if it has to hurt our egos sometimes. Stay blessed....

It is reassuring to see that the areas that need work, are actively being worked and addressed. No one could ever accuse our Church leadership of not knowing what is going on! Im excited to see what God has for Mt. Oak and its awesome to look forward to Church each week

Thanks for being uncompromising about the Word.

God bless you, Pastor. Although these two months have been short and quick, I'm excited for the long run and anxious for what God will do from Sunday to Sunday.

I believe that both of our worship services have gotten off to a great start. I feel the Spirit at both services.

I can also see joy in people's faces when it comes to worship, fellowship and general church activities. The joy of coming to church has returned!

I'm a bit late on the 2-month comment... Now that it's 3 months! I love the changed spirit I'm seeing at Mt. Oak. I'm sensing excitement and anticipation at what the Lord will do with us. Thank you for adding to our family while being respectful of our history and routine. Thank you for being firmly grounded in the Word, and preaching it to us straight! I look forward to seeing how the Lord will use us.
